COVID-19 Door Closure - Still Operating


As of today, we will be closing our doors to the general public.

We are doing our part to socially distance, and hopefully reduce exposure to others. Though our front doors are closed, we will continue to service our clients and work from within our office. We are preparing for our staff to work at home and continue operations as normally as possible.

These are the steps we are taking to continually serve you safely:

  • Still available by phone: (815) 626-1300

  • If possible, email us here. Or email your agent directly if you have their address.

  • Appointments will now be rescheduled or done over the phone. If you are capable, we will try to set up Facetime appointments with you. This way, we can meet “face-to-face”.

  • The majority of our employees may switch to a work from home format. While we hope this does not affect our day to day, there is no guarantee. We ask for your patience as we work through these growing pains.

  • Online Payment setup is highly encouraged. If you rely on coming into our agency to make a payment in person, we suggest you take a moment to sign up for online automatic payments. Call us if you have questions or need help, we will be glad to direct you to the correct company site to set up digital payments.
